1. Licenses are perpetual. Customers with valid maintenance plans can upgrade to newer versions under the same license terms.
2. Email support (if available in editions purchased) is provided to customers with valid maintenance plans.
3. A shared development application instance is provided to customers with valid maintenance plans for testing and evaluating new features. Any user generated test data is not subject to backup and will be deleted when the development instance is refreshed with new builds.
4. PDF report generation does not support double-byte characters such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.
